Welcome to the NonProfitConnect Board: Carolyn Biondi
Carolyn Biondi is dedicated to helping nonprofit organizations and their people thrive. Building on two prior decades of management and development roles in child development and community healthcare settings, Carolyn was Executive Director at Trenton-based nonprofit Arm In Arm from 2011 – 2019, where she oversaw the distribution of food and emergency financial assistance to low-income families across Mercer County. In 2019, she was recognized by the Princeton YWCA’s Tribute to Women for furthering their mission of eliminating racism and empowering women. That same year her passion for building strong organizational culture and teams led her to obtain a master’s degree in applied positive psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and certification through the International Coaching Federation.
Upon graduating, she formed Well Beyond as a platform for her consulting services to support her nonprofit colleagues- the people who do the important work of making our communities healthier and stronger. Her client- centered approach helps nonprofit leaders to fulfill their potential, to achieve goals, and to realize their organizational vision.
Welcome Carolyn!
