Board Peer Circles

For current or aspiring board members, continuous learning can enhance your board experience and help you continue to bring value to the boards on which you serve.

NonProfitConnect’s Board Peer Circles are designed to answer this need for board leaders in the Greater Mercer County area by providing a venue for networking with and learning from experienced board members.

These interactive sessions allow participants to learn from their peers to get real life advice and proven solutions to tackle new challenges, keep their board motivated and engaged, and share best practices pertaining to board governance.

In previous training sessions, some of the topics have explored:

  • Board Development and Governance
  • Fundraising
  • Strategic Planning
  • Role of the Board in a Crisis
  • Nonprofit Advocacy
