NonProfitConnect is piloting an Executive Coaching program for graduates of Leading From Within. Thanks to a grant from The Bunbury Fund at the Princeton Area Community Foundation, NonProfitConnect is offering an exclusive coaching program designed to continue professional growth.

The program includes:

✅ 8 one-hour coaching sessions (over four months) with a certified coach from TCR Coaching & Consulting

✅ The CliftonStrengths34 + Leadership assessment to unlock and maximize participants’ unique talents

✅ Individualized support to help participants tackle challenges, set goals, and lead with confidence

🔹 Applications due by May 15, 2025 – spaces are limited!

🔹 Selected participants will be notified by June 15, 2025

🔹 Coaching sessions must be completed by December 31, 2025

This opportunity is available for $100 (a $2500 value), offering personalized coaching with a certified coach at an exceptional rate. Participants will coordinate their sessions directly with their coach.

Tamarra specializes in development. As an executive coach, she dedicates herself to inspiring and empowering leaders to rediscover their voice to have the confidence to make courageous choices and to boldly take charge of their lives and careers without apology, guilt or shame. She has helped individual contributors and leaders accelerate their ability to navigate their professional journey, embrace their authenticity, and effectively manage change.

Tamarra and colleagues in her practice will provide coaching.

The Leading from Within program is designed to develop aspiring Executive Directors and CEOs in a nine month long program that includes peer support, experiential learning, and leadership development. This training program is interactive and has expert trainers to discuss topics such as Personal Leadership Style, Leading your Team, Working with your Board, Financials, Fundraising/Networking, Strategic Planning, Imposter Syndrome, Mentoring, and more. The program will be held entirely in person this year.

NonProfitConnect is committed to recruiting a diverse cohort of participants for all of our programs. The goal of the Leading from Within program is to prepare current talented nonprofit middle and senior level managers for positions as Executive Directors or CEO’s within the next five years.

Individuals living or working in Mercer County, New Jersey will be prioritized.

Participation Fee Scale for Organizations Based on Budget:

· Under $500K: $300

· $500K-$1,000,000: $750

· $1,000,000-$5,000,000: $1250

· Above $5,000,000: $1800

  • April 8, 2025 | Topic: Developing Strategy
  • May 13, 2025 | Topic: Program Conclusion

*All sessions will take place from 9:00am – 12:30pm IN PERSON. Location being finalized but in Mercer County.
