NonProfitConnect programs include peer learning cohorts for Executive Directors, emerging leadership training for current nonprofit staff to prepare them for senior management roles, and training to help improve collaboration and partnership between nonprofit board chairs and Executive Directors. Executive Director Peer Circles

Executive Director Peer Circles provide leaders of nonprofit organizations an opportunity to engage with one another about topics they select. The goal of the program is to provide space for Executive Directors and CEOs to discuss challenges and build solutions.

LeadershipConnect

Our LeadershipConnect events feature speakers on pressing issues affecting the nonprofit sector, bringing together board members and nonprofit staff leaders for learning and conversation about important topics.

Leading from Within

The Leading from Within training program will give diverse, emerging nonprofit leaders aspiring to serve as Executive Directors or CEOs the opportunity to participate in a yearlong program that includes peer support, experiential learning, training, and leadership development.
